Fremont California based ASI Computer Technologies, a leading distributor of computer components and peripherals to over 20,000 VARs throughout North America, has inked an exclusive distribution contract with Proview Technology (Shenzhen) Co., the manufacturer of MAG brand LCD displays.

The contract allows ASI to offer MAG’s innovative and stylish LCD panels in North America which includes their new LED backlit LCD displays. “LED technology offers many benefits over traditional CCFL solutions such as thinner designs, lower power consumption, higher contrast ratios with brighter more vivid colors and longer product life expectancy” said Kent Tibbils, ASI’s VP of Marketing. “Our customers have always excelled at being early adopters and in being able to demonstrate the value of new technology such as that which is provided in the MAG LED LCD giving them a competitive advantage” Tibbils added.
